What we engineer
Common configurations we work on every week.
- Channel letters (mounted directly or on raceway)
- Cabinet signs flush-mounted to wall
- Standoff installations with structural backing
- Reverse-lit (halo) channel letters
- Mid-rise and high-rise installations
What we need from you
Send these with your submission and we'll have everything to generate a fast, accurate quote.
- Rendering or scaled drawing showing sign dimensions
- Cabinet height, width, and depth
- Height from grade to top of sign
- Mounting style — flush mount or standoff (and standoff distance)
- Wall construction (CMU / brick / stud wall / concrete / other)
- Existing blocking details if known
- Photos of installation location
Pricing for this sign type
Starting prices. Final quote tailored to your specific project.
| Type | Description | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Top of sign ≤ 25 ft to grade | $175 |

Engineering notes
A few things we always check — and what code references we follow.
- We design anchors for the actual substrate. CMU gets through-bolt or epoxy anchors sized for the cell wall thickness; stud walls get blocking spec.
- Wind load calculations follow ASCE 7 for the site's exposure category and risk category.
- Standoff brackets are sized for the cantilever moment plus dead load.
