Submit your project

Use the online intake form to upload your rendering, project address, and key dimensions. The form adapts based on sign type — wall signs ask about wall construction, pylons ask about pole height and footing preference, gas-station canopies ask about bay configuration. Send PDFs, PNGs, JPGs, or DWGs — up to 50 MB total. You can submit on weekends; we work the queue first thing Monday.

We engineer and seal

Once your project is in, the engineer assigned to your job runs the structural calculations — wind load, foundation sizing, anchor pattern, member sizing — and produces the permit drawing set. The drawings include all the views and details your local permit office expects: plan, elevation, foundation, anchor detail, and a sealed cover sheet. Need it faster? Submit before 10 AM ET and request same-day rush for a 50% expedite fee.

Permit-ready PDF delivered

We send the sealed PDF directly to your inbox. It's permit-ready — your permit office will accept it as-is. If they come back with revision comments, we handle revision rounds at a per-revision rate. We keep your drawing set on file so if you need a re-stamp for a future location or want to revive an old project, you don't start from zero.
